What we collect, and why
When you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, we process the details you give us (name, company, contact details, fair, stand size and type, the services you need, and any notes or files) to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if we work together, design, build, transport and install your stand. We also keep invoices and accounting records as the law requires.
The quote form on this site does not send or store anything. In its final step it simply opens a pre-filled message in WhatsApp or your email app, and you decide whether to send it.
Who we share it with
Only where needed: our accountant, the fair organiser, and our transport and installation partners for your project. For fairs abroad these partners may be outside Türkiye. We share data with public authorities only when the law requires it. WhatsApp and email providers may process messages on servers outside Türkiye.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not turn into a project are deleted after two years at most. Business records for completed projects are kept for the statutory retention period (10 years under the Turkish Commercial Code).
Your rights
Under Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698) and, for visitors in the EU, the GDPR, you can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to its use and complain to a supervisory authority. Write to us at the address or email above; we reply within 30 days, free of charge.
The full legally binding texts are the KVKK notice (Turkish) and the Datenschutzerklärung (German).
Hosting and external links
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which may briefly keep technical logs such as IP addresses to keep it secure. Links to WhatsApp, Instagram and Google Maps take you to those services, whose own privacy policies then apply.
