What do you need from me for a quote?
The name and date of the fair, the stand area (m²), the stand type (how many sides are open) and the services you need. Add your floor plan and logo if you have them.
What determines the price of a stand?
Area, stand type, construction (Maxima or wood), flooring, print, furniture and the fair’s location. We prepare a separate quote for every stand.
How far in advance should I contact you?
The earlier, the easier. Design, approval, production and transport all take time; for fairs abroad, starting early matters even more.
Do you build stands at fairs abroad?
Yes. We build the stand in Türkiye, ship it to the venue and install it with our own crew. Fairs in Germany are our main destination.
Do you dismantle the stand after the fair?
Yes. When the fair ends, we take the stand down and hand back the space.
Do you start production before I see the 3D design?
No. We show you the stand in 3D first and only start production after your approval.
